Hi everyone. This is my first time raising chicken's. IV been disabled now for about 3 years. IV been looking for something to do to occupy my time and that wasn't a lot of work and maybe make a few bucks to boot. I started with 4 red rangers rosters and to day I picked up my first hens today. I now have 6 rosters and 6 four month old Road Island reds. I just started this two days ago so IV been doing a lot of building and learning everything I can. But I still have a lot of questions. But I half to say my kids has loved helping me and IV been having a ball I wish I dine this sooner. But even though I just started and just learning I think I have made my birds happy with there living arrangements. But please any advice yall could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to BYC!

I agree chickens are great to be around.

What questions do you have?

Sorry for the delay. I forgot to get chick feed today and now I can't get any till Monday. So I'm feeding them corn mill till then and I'm hoping that will be alright with that.
