newbe

Hello, I live in Nipomo ca. My daughter and I started with 11 chicks for a school FFA project.
We are completely new to it. We have 6 coco marans and 5 buff orpingtons. we got them at 1 week old and built a 4ftx4ft brooder. They are now 13 weeks. We have been lucky with no loss and good health. we moved them out to a coop at about 10 weeks.
