Hi! My name is Brittany and I am new to raising chickens. I got my first batch of Cochins in March and immediately was hooked. I am obsessed with my girls and snuggle and love on them and shower them with treats every day. I love the chicken community and have read so many helpful threads from this site already on my chicken journey! I am excited to be able to interact with fellow Backyard Chicken buddies!

You really cannot treat every day Please fat birds will not lay

Very true. I know it's hard to do, but limit their treats to only 10% of their total diet.
But you can always give them 100% of your love!
