Newbie chicken flock question

Hi
I have 6 large hens and seven three month olds. It's raining out and for some reason the babies won't go into the dog igloo that I have out or into the coop with the other chickens. What do I need to do?

If their cold I would put them in, but even my babies like to be out in the rain. If you think their cold or if you just don't want them out I would put them in, but they should be fine.
