It can be hard to find certain breeds in Manitoba but we are not very picky. We tend to get into breeds just for the love of one bird. I bought silkies because I liked the look of them. We are having trouble finding Chanteclers but I have found a farm in Alta that will ship fertilized eggs so we will hopefully hatch some in the spring.
