Newbie egg question...

OK, so we are really new to the backyard chicken experience. We have 5 different breeds (all hens) - 2 Red Sex Links, 2 Buff Orpingtons, 2 Silver Laced Wyandottes, 2 Rhode Island Reds and 2 Barred Rocks. We are only suppose to have 4-5 within city limits so we may have to give some up. Anyway my question is, is there any difference in the flavor of the eggs between the 5 different breeds, all things such as feed, water housing being equal?

hi and welcome

no I doubt u will find a difference in taste between the breeds. u will hopefully find a big difference between your hens' eggs and those u would by at the store. I know I did with the eggs my hens lay

It is nice up here. Have some family in Madison, on my side as well as my wife's side.
