We have been thinking about chickens for years...finally getting chicks this spring. My son has been smitten with chickens for 4 years...most kids ask for a kitten or puppy, but not my boy! We are planning on 5-6 hens...getting a coop to hold 15 due to the warnings about chicken math.
Interested if anyone on here is from the area and has some advice for this area or just a preferred place to get chicks, supplies, etc.
