Newbie flock plan, is it a good one?

Thanks for all the help. This puts me on much more realistic footing. I have managed to find some local breeders who have pullets ready. This seems like a good way to get my feet wet. I guess I will either have to lower my quantity of laying hens or just assume I will be eating more eggs and less chickens. Thanks again.
