I'm needing little help. Did searching on web, but can't find anything. Have sick chicks. Only young ones. Have eyes shut, not matting and droppy. Anybody have any suggestions.

and now, its hard to say without more information....how old are the chicks? what have you been feeding them? how is their brooder set up? is the temperature correctly? or could they be cold? Are they drinking? what kind of bedding you using? When did they start acting odd? the more you can share with us the more we could possibly help you. Sorry you are going through this. anyhow answer back and I will try to help you as much as I can, but I know other people will help too. BYC has a lot of great experienced people that can help.

I've had trouble with the chicks not being warm enough.. check that you have 100w bulb in your heat lamp. they'll need fresh water and high protein feed. pick one up and see if their feet are cold... Welcome to BYC... There are plenty of answers here, hope you find the right one.
