Hi, my name is Colleen I live in AZ and need to re-learn everything chicken. I had chickens 20 years ago when I first moved to AZ, we moved into a house on 3 acres and it happened to have a nice 10x10 coop in the back yard so I quickly went out and bought a dozen chicks. It was so long ago all I remember is they were white and laid eggs, I only kept them for a year before we moved and now I'm ready to try it again with kids on a 1/4 acre, I know my 3 year old will love them. I'm having a hard time finding chicks where I live right now so I've been thinking about hatching some, I've been reading up on hatching and want to give it a try, I've learned a lot by reading in the forums over the last few days and figured I should introduce myself.
