Hey guys! Im brand new to this site and have already become obsessed with it in under a week!
Anyway we just got 18 chicks with 15 ducklings coming! We have had chickens in the past but it was years ago! But we are new to the whole duck thing. The hatchery we ordered from had minimum orders so we are gonna sell most if the chicks and ducklings! So if any of you who live in Illinois want any, we have them! Any tips on keeping chicks and ducklings together would be greatly appreciated!
Also below I posted a couple photos of the chicks! Im absolutely in love and all I want to do is go in there and be with them [IMG]

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. Your chicks are adorable. Thanks for posting the pics of them. All of us here at BYC have OCD (Obsessive Chicken Disorder) and very few BYC members are immune to "chicken math.") If you haven't done so already, definitely check out our Learning Center at https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/1/Learning_Center. There is loads of useful information there. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck with your flock.

Ducklings and chicks don't always go well together. The ducks love to splash and make everything wet - the chicks do not, and may get ill being soaked when the weather is cold. Check out the "Duck thread."
