(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
We recently moved into the country and had been asking dh for some meat birds. He told me he won't eat anything that I killed.... so he brought me home some pullets.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
Currently we have 19 but that will be changing soon. (I hope)
(3) What breeds do you have?
We have 2 Black Sex Links, 5 EE's, 4 Australorps, 3 BO's amd 5 Barred Rocks
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
Did a search on GoodSearch for chicken coops
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Gardening, and I'm starting to get into woodworking. (Don't have time for much anything else.)
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I am a SAHM and have 4 wonderful kids 1g, 3b's and am married to a wonderful dh. I have a Pekinese-Chihuahua (pikachu) and he is now my chick's guard dog.
