Good evening folks! I have been lurking the forum for the past two weeks and told myself to hold off joining until I actually purchased some birds. This was accomplished this afternoon with my two youngest children at the local TSC. We picked up 15 chicks today. 9 RIR, 3 Leghorns and 3 of their Tetra Tints. All seem to be doing well and I have a 5 year sleeping right next to them. I have been wanting to do this for some time and decided that now is the time. I already have learned so much from the forum and look forward to increasing my knowlege from you all in the future. Thanks for letting me be part of your group!
