from High Springs, FL! We are just north of Gainesville. Sorry about you loss... we had some too before we got the 2 dogs that stay out at night. Haven't lost a bird to a predator since....

We have alot of predators here too. We free range through the day but lock the girls up at dusk....so far we have been lucky. Losts of tracks in the dirt outside the coop but the girls were safe.
