Hello and good morning everyone! I'm glad I found this site as I'm 'new' to raising chickens. The last time I had chickens I was a young girl. (no, I won't say how long ago that was! ) I currently have 2 Americana's and 2 Gold Laced Wyandottes. I've had them since they were naught but a handful. I bought them in late Feb. They've just about got all their feathers and are jumping, flying out of the container I have them in. I'm in the process of building a coop for them, but keep changing my mind as to the design...
I hope to meet many people and make many new friends here! It's not easy taking care of things by myself, but I'm determined to make this hobby farm work. I found this site while asking questions on the search engines. As all the answers to my questions came from here I decided to become a member! There is a ton of wonderful information here and I want to say thank you to all who've contributed. You've made my girls happy! It's also nice to know that if I have questions I can ask and have all the help I need. Thank you so much!!
