Newbie from Tennessee

Hi! I've been enjoying this site for a couple months now. Thought I'd better join. What a great place to find helpful information, and everyone is so nice.
Our family had chickens (RR) a few years ago, before we moved. The town we live in now is considering allowing backyard chickens (hope it passes). Anyone out there from Signal Mtn, TN? If the ordinance passes, I'd like to share a chick order with someone. I think it would be neat to have a variety of chickens this time.
I've really enjoyed looking at the different coop designs. We plan to build a tool shed/coop in March.

Love Signal Mtn. It's such a pretty area. I love most of Tennessee. My hubby's family came to TN from VA and settled in Cades Cove and the Townsend area. We spend alot of time there because it just feels like home
