Hello everybody! I am so new to raising chickenns. So many people around here have chickens, that I couldent resist any more. The closest I've ever come to raising chickens was buying a box of peeps and keeping them away from my kids.
So I dive in head first and bought an incubator and 12 sexy links... they hatched almost 3 weeks ago to form a very happy brood of 5 girls, and one rooster.
We saw most of them hatch and now they are growing like weeds in my office. They will most likely get moved out to their brand new coop in about 3 weeks.
I am so excited to be part of this community and I'm learning something new every single day from all of you.
