I would love to have some Deleware, Austrolorp, Barred Rock, Welsummer, Orpingtons...lol I am planning to sell the extra chicks and next year sell day old chicks of pure stock. We'll see how it goes.

That's a lot o' chicks! Nice breeds too.
Are you selling straight run or selling off the cockerels as they are identified?
I've never incubated. I was hoping for a broody to raise my day olds that are coming in April but no luck so far. Maybe next year. And I'll let them hatch their own eggs for an eclectic barnyard mix!

Oh, I'm not keeping all of them. I will have to keep until I can tell the difference this year, then sell off extras. Next year I will sell straight run.
