Ok. So its noticable if it's bad. Thanks.Like a bad egg....
You would know if you smelt it. Just put your nose to them all.
If they feel swishy, then I'd chuck them too.

Thanks. Yea. I guess I dont see any sign of life. Ugh.It doesn't look like it ever started growing.
More like it wasn't viable before it got to you. Maybe this one was a bit scrambled too.
Sometimes it seems they handle fragile packages rougher just becauseso I know some sellers will purposely leave off “fragile” labels. Can’t win it seems.I watched so many videos on eggsplosions it scared me. I dont want my only good egg to be destroyed. I probably need to not candle as much. I guess this is a practice round. Unfortunately it's a 60 dollar practice round. I tend to jump when I see something fun. I thought about it after paying that this is a huge gamble. and when they got I was relieved but disappointed that the box look like any old box coming from ebay. Nothing special. Nothing saying fragile. And I know for a fact that usps throws packages. From one end to the truck to the other. Or in the warehouse.
What would a smelly egg smell like?

don’t be discouraged though because shipped eggs aren’t known for having great hatch rates no matter how carefully they’re handled.I tell my Legbar chick that she’s a $90 chicken because she’s the only one that hatched from that batch. Haha.
Eggs that appear clear and have no swishy bits or questionable floaties, stay in until day 10 in my incubator, day 14 if I’m not 100% sure. I’ve incubated enough “bad” eggs now that I have a pretty good feel for it, but sometimes they still surprise me.
personally, the greatest danger to my eggs from candling isn’t the temp or humidity changes, it’s me dropping them!Candle as often as you’re comfortable with.

Lol. I told myself. To stop. But I want to see the miracle of life. It's so fun and cool. It's so hard! I try not to candle every single day......I'm not always successful.
A nice circular yolk floating around is ok, it’s when you get those weird irregular shaped floating bits that swish around and don’t look like any kind of embryo should. xD nothing should be swishing around in there if there aren’t any veins connected to it.Thank you.
So is swishy and floats bits bad? I would think it was the yolk. But by day ten it shouldnt be moving? Sorry. Just making sure
