Newbie Hatcher Question

I just hatched my first set of eggs. Most things went well but I have a question: The eggs started to pip on day 19--one even hatched before I managed to get the turner out. About 6 hatched on day 19 and almost everyone else hatched out the next day. I had a 89% hatch rate.

So do I stop turning one day earlier on this next hatch?

I hatch mostly bantams. I have a 1588. The temp stayed perfect (99.8-100.5) and I was able to keep the humidity okay at 55-60%.

Did you take the turner out at the end of day 18?

No--the same time of the day as when I started the eggs in the incubator.

So it really should be ~12 hours before? (or on the 18th day)

If you set the eggs at 8am for instance, then on the 18th day is when you'd take them out at 8am. However, it really doesn't make too much of a difference as to what time of day you remove the turner, as long as you do it sometime on the 18th day.
