I have 4 chicks that are 5 days old, 1 is alot smaller and i found her wet twice now I think she fell or was pushed into water dish. She seemed sluggish yesterday but I did see her make a small poop w/o difficulty. Today she had a clump of poo stuck to her so I was soaking it w/ a cotton ball and noticed a pink tinge, turns out there is a little skin tear just south of her cloaca. I think as the poo dried maybe it pulled her skin I don't know this is my first experience.....What should i do?
