You can make chick shoes.

Masking tape or the adhesive part of a band aids can be used to hold the toes straight. Sometime people use thin plastic, like the lid of a margarine tub, as the bottom of the shoe.
Extra riboflavin can also help with the toes.
If they aren’t too bad most chickens have no problem adapting.
 
However I noticed that it has two curled toes.

Here are some pictures (click blue box) of a chick of mine that had curled toes. I used plain masking tape for about three days and that seemed to work.
