Welcome to BYC! It sounds like your duck is over-eating. Do they have access to food 24/7? And as @janiedoe asked, do they have access to grit?My female duck gets a really full crop during the day to the point that she starts limping and does a lot of resting but continues to eat.
Duck's crops are on their right side, so this is normal.It seems to be throwing her off balance due to it being to one side of her neck instead of centered.
