Hi, welcome to BYC. I don't have ducks, and don't know much about them, but does she have access to grit?

My female duck gets a really full crop during the day to the point that she starts limping and does a lot of resting but continues to eat.

Welcome to BYC! It sounds like your duck is over-eating. Do they have access to food 24/7? And as @janiedoe asked, do they have access to grit?

It seems to be throwing her off balance due to it being to one side of her neck instead of centered.

Duck's crops are on their right side, so this is normal.

Is feed available at all times or do you feed at intervals? Possibly she is overeating and overloading her crop.

Duck's crops are on their right side, so this is normal.

Yes they have food all day and also roam and eat bugs throughout the grass and eat the grass. The others don't get like that.
