Hello all,

I am excited to be joining this forum, it just seems so enlightening and informative everytime I google something. I am 37 and my husband is 39, we have 5 kiddos; ages 17, 13, 11, 4, & 2. Our 2 year old has proven to be a little terror but is also really interested in the feather babies.

I am new to chickies and ducklings and I am excited for the and entire. Though I am starting to really see for myself how messy ducks can be. So I have 4 ducklings (2) 2/3 weeks old , (2) 1 week going on 2 weeks old. I have 13 chickies, (6) Turken chickens that are about 3 weeks old. And (7) Leghorn chickies about 1-2 weeks old. They are fun. I love sitting there talking to them- and see their little quirks. And yes my kids and I have named them all.

I am hoping to get some really good insight and guidance to raising these feathered babies. This is our first flock with many more in the future, fingers crossed. We have set out to get them for eggs, that is our primary goal.
