Welcome to BYC! Glad you decided to join us. I used to raise Black Silkies and Golden Polish and they were beautiful and delightful birds, the Polish was the one standard breed that I could keep my Silkies in the same coop/run with, without them being battered and picked on by the larger birds. In addition the offspring of my Polish and Silkies were some of the most beautiful chickens I have ever. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can.
