Thanks for the wonderful welcome from all....I have no idea what breed she is...so what do you guys think, do I have a hen or a roo?

Hi and from Ohio. So glad to have you aboard. Yep that's a roo. The one in the second pic behind the hen looks like a roo as well. A closeup of that one will help.

I am in North Royalton, OH and have a Black Australorp roo (actually 2) and a lovely golden buff roo - that was supposed to have been a hen. I will try to get pics up. Hey 4H mom...know anyone in the area who would like these guys? Even if they are to be "freezer pets"? I have 5 hens who I plan to keep, but in a city setting, the roosters simply cannot be crowing at 5am and whenever else they feel like it! And sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place... please direct me to a better forum if I need to post elsewhere. Thanks! Amy R.
