Newbie in Georgia

Grew up with my papa's Barred Rocks and then our own RIRs that we raised from chicks, so not a total newbie, just been a while.
In the planning stages, living in town in Augusta, GA. Will probably want 4-6 hens. Considering EEs, Ameraucanas, and Barred Rocks. Is it worth getting a couple Bantams just for their size? Wanting nice calm birds since we have neighbors but still want frequent good sized eggs. Missing any breeds I should be considering?
Time to plan my chicken tractor!

Maybe you should consider a Silkie? Fluffy and bantam sized!
