Kids brought home a chicken coop today as a birthday present. Guess it's time to do this. So glad to have found this awesome resource. Looking forward to this new adventure.

You should visit the Learning Center to get you started.

Since they could "bring it home" it is likely one of the prefab kit coops?
If so, please pay attention to the amount of room chickens need. You can also post questions under the Coops forum to get specific advice on housing and protecting your upcoming flock.
