Newbie in Texas

So I decided to join y'all after using your site many times to research and solve typical chicken problems. I have a mixed flock of 12 (11 hens and 1 rooster) With a variety of breeds including 1 Wyandotte,1 Sicilian Buttercup,1 Dominique, 2 Lavender Ameracauna, 3 Easter Eggers, 2 Barred Rock, And 2 Australorps. I have had them for about a year now and love the personalities. We may try to hatch Lavender Ameracauna eggs this spring since we have a hen and a rooster. I also raise rabbits (American blue) for both meat and garden fertilizer. I also have 3 dogs 2 cats 2 kids and a wonderful husband. Cant wait to start reading more articles and forums!
