Welcome to BYC!! Merry Christmas, and good luck with your broody!Hi, I'm Marcos and I'm slightly new to raising chickens.
Around April this year I started to raise 4 baby chicks, they turned out to be 3 hens and 1 rooster.
Sadly I don't know 100% their breeds. They are prolly mixed? The rooster and two of the hen seem to be similar to a Sussex. The third hen is quite more slender and has quite the small comb
About two months ago the hens started to lay their first eggs. A month ago the slender hen went broody, I tried to break her out of it but in the end decided that it would be a good season to add a few more (Summer is starting here).
The babies should be hatching soon, and while I hope I won't need to ask for advice, I decided to sign up just in case.
I have been checking out the forum whenever I had doubts and always found threads that helped me, thanks to all the people who contribute <3
