Hey Fellow Chic Friends, Glad to find you all! I have a little motley crew of 6 mixed layers right now. Just happy to have survived -7 temps and still getting eggs! All advice on wintering flocks are welcome.

Glad to meet you. Here are a couple articles on winter care for chickens. As has already been said, keeping them dry and out of drafts, while keeping good ventilation at the top of the coop or pen are the keys. But there are lots of ways to do these things.
