newbie looking for identification of my roo please

He looks like an easter egger roo we had. Hard to see the pic well on my phone, but it looks like he has a pea comb and grey legs which would suggest EE.

I agree and it's comb kinda looks like in this pic like a buttercup comb.

he is a lot bigger than our RR or buff/RR roos maybe 7 or 8 lbs and he is young

I agree he looks like an Easter Egger. His size could be a result of whatever brown egg laying breed (either a large breed or one that matures early, or both) that his blue egg laying parent was crossed with.

Mine was from a silver ee x black australorp cross. Maybe yours is part jersey giant - for overall size. My ee roosters have all been fairly large while the females are petite.
