Newbie needing help!

Hey guys! So completely lost here! I've read some posts on how to tell if you have a pullet or a roo but I must be a slow learner. I bought some EEs from tractor supply, (I'm assuming that's what they are, they were marked as ameracaunas but apparently they never are?) and I need some advice! Thanks in advance!
