Newbie needs help with gender and breeds

Hello BYC community! I have read many forums on here and am excited to ask for your help! I have quite a few pictures and can take more as you need them.

They range from 4 weeks to roughly 8 weeks. We know the actual age of a couple of them but the rest we were "supposedly" picking up 4 MONTH olds but got there and there was no way they were that old! We were lucky if they were 4 weeks...but we fell in love of course!

Here goes...

#1 We were told pullet and should be 7 weeks and is a Salmon Faverolle. Any opinions on this breed?

#7 French Black Copper Maran 4 weeks old..any opinion on gender?

Not sure on breed, but they all look like pullets (except for perhaps #4).
