Newbie needs help with unknown breed and gender!

I got a "rare" free chick when I ordered my chicks from Murray McMurray and I was hoping it was old enough to get an idea of what it is and what its gender might be. He/She is 4 weeks old and I will include some pics from when it was a week old.

I would guess cockerel. Not sure of breed.
