Ok here is another request..I am assuming this is a RIR, but what gender...

and what about this one? I know it is a "fizzle" but is that the breed and what about gender?

I am not allowed to have roos in my neighborhood, we can have yappy dogs that bark all night, but no roos allowed.......go figure.....if I get rid of my roos is it too late to introduce two baby chicks to the group? My chicks are currently about 5-6 weeks old and are not outside yet.

    Thanks again.

I would guess pullets but would not bet money on it. Frizzling is a feather anomaly that can happen in different breeds; others here know a lot more about it than I do. Your chicks need to be as big as your other chickens before you mix them. Lots of info here on how people do this; it can be a problem; at a minimum they must establish a new pecking order.
