I would not pressure wash it. Shovel, scrape, vacuum, leaf blow then spray with Odoban solution and let it dry. Treat for mites if you want but it's highly unlikely any are in there with no food source.

When I looked up Odoban on Amazon there were so many different solutions I wasn’t sure which to order. I’m allergic to eucalyptus but the other scents are fine for me. It seems like they all have a scent and I’m concerned about the effects of any vapors if I pick the wrong one. Will the lemon scent be ok?

It should be. If you can find it unscented, that would be ideal.

I would try a small bottle of a different scent before buying a gallon of it. It is also a deodorizer. The scent can linger a bit after it's dry. I use that to sterilize my incubators and hatching eggs, and when I start the incubators back up again, our whole house smells so nice for a little while.
