We raised chickens when I was young, but it has been years. I have decided to start my own flock! I have just received my second batch. 30 chicks this time, making my flock at 50 chickens total! Excited lots of eggs. Have managed to only lose 1 so far (chihuahua.) My daughter and I saved 2 last night that had gotten out of the pen.my hubby rigged. We simply hel them til they warm!
