They arrived!!

All 20 appear healthy. I did the whole 'dip the beak' into the waterer for 4 of them, and the others immediately figured it out. I didn't even have to bother showing them where the food was. They huddled under the heat lamp for about 15 minutes before deciding to move about and explore. They managed to drink about 20% of the waterer within 40 minutes. Wow.
