Newbie to raising chickens in Australia

Hi Everyone,

I am a new member on the Mid North Coast of NSW in Australia. We got our first chickens about six months ago, a few Isa browns and some Australorps. We are interested in branching out into heritage breeds and have added 2 buff Orpington pullets to the mix. We picked up 5 x day old heritage breeds a few days ago and I’ve joined this forum to get some advice from all of the knowledgeable members on here. I can’t wait to hear all about everyone else’s experiences and learn more about becoming a more experienced chicken owner!
