(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I started with chickens in 5th Grade in CA. I was involved in 4-H and told my mother i wanted chickens. And so we started our own chicken group and started learning alng with everyone else.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have Chicken Math, well its not a lot but around 30, and 9 or so Peafowl.

(3) What breeds do you have?
I am working with Bielefelder and SL Polish. Then a mix of peafowl colors.

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Whats not to love?

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I am in school, i like to paint and create earrings with the feathers.

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I am about to graduate college, my parents are very supportive of my birds. and i love my dogs too.

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? :D
I know of BYC because many years ago i remember y mother sing this site when we needed help learning long ago.
