Newbie Turkey Owner - is this normal???

I'm new to turkey raising and got some pretty heritage turkeys a few weeks ago. I moved them to their larger pen with a roost. Is this normal for them to sleep like this? Sorry about the bad photo, but they roost with their heads completely down and limp, like they're dead. (It's kind of freaky) My broad breasted turkeys never did this.

In cool to cold temperatures they will stick their heads under their wings instead.

Mine were doing it to but I just figured it was normal
