I'm new to BYC. I have a small flock of welsh harlequin ducks. I am learning how to cook with duck eggs as well as everything else about duck care and breeding. I am eager to learn and to share what I have learned. My birds are out of Holderreads show quality flock. I think they are beautiful.

Welcome! I have learned so much on here from so many people. I love ducks eggs so much that I found homes for almost all my chickens and expanded my duck flock. Their eggs make baked foods so much better and I think they taste the same as chicken eggs. Try making a queche with duck eggs, it's amazing! I have a large variety of hatchery ducks and I just ordered some welsh harlequins for this spring.
