I literally just brough home some chicks from tractor supply and one of the pullets is extremely lethargic. It looks like she is breathing but won't open her eyes, get up or move around, make noise, eat, or drink (unless I get a few drops down her beak). Any advice??

Welcome to BYC. Get some SaveAChick electrolytes and start dipping her beak into the water, giving her time to swallow. Do this all day, and make sure that she knows where the feed and water is. Some chicks are weak and may not make it because of stress during shipping. Check to make sure the vent is not pasted with poo, or clean it with warm soap and water.
