Welcome!!! Can’t really help with the breed as I am a new chick owner myself. I can help with the food...they should be eating chicken starter for the first 16 weeks or so and have both food and clean water available 24/7. The need heat...if they are huddled together they are cold. Just make sure your heat lamp is isn’t too close or it will make them too hot—and that is just as bad as being cold. They are dusty little creatures so be prepared!! Hope this helps!

Welcome to Backyard Chickens! We are glad you joined the flock! BYC is a helpful site providing all the information you need to know about poultry! Two of your chicks in the picture appear to be Barred Plymouth Rocks. I would wait with the other two chicks since they seem too young at this point to identify his or her breed. Hope you enjoy it here as much as we all do!
