Thought I'd finally join up as I've always popped on here for a read.
Previously had a few chickens and two ducks about 4 years ago.

and as of 4months ago I got myself some new girls.
One of which was brutally taken by a fox a few days ago

She was like a best friend.
Films. Dinner (at the table lol) she even like the jaquzzi
I've now got 3 11 week old bantams who I hope will be the same as repecka.

Definitely need help with naming the new ones if anyone has any ideas.

I can't remember the exact breed the lady said they was.
All I remember is bantams lol
I was just too excited and wanted to get them home.

The breeder was based in westerham Kent. So maybe someone here knows her?

I had a fox attack and it was just awful, I know just how just how you feel.

The fox will be back - what you need to do now is"predator proof" your coop and run. You may want to check out the predator section to get suggestions and advice about keeping foxes out. I'm sorry you lost your best buddy.

Unfortunately it was my fault. First week in years I did a day shift (always nights) so let them out of the run to roam and that's when it happened.
