Hi! I'm new to backyard farming and we decided to get some chickens and goats this past spring! Always have had dogs and cats so willing to try something new. We live in GA and have 4 acres to enjoy our animals! Started with baby barred rocks, down to 3 roosters and a little golden girl that lays us an egg every day. Needing to get the roosters gone before they mature much more. All 3 are crowing but they are still docile at this point. I've been reading the forums since April and have really enjoyed learning! Ready for more hens!
