Newbie

Hi all. I am a first timer at chickens. I recently moved out to a rural area 2 years ago. I plan on gardening, farming ect. I just bought 12 chicks and do NOT have a clue what I'm doing. I have been researching and reading but feel very overwhelmed. I have 10 chicks almost a week old and 2 that are 3 weeks old. I worry about pecking, feed, health and everything else. I am very dedicated and will do what it takes. I am on 4acres. Any suggestions, tips, advice will be appreciated!!! Thanks in advance
