Just joined Backyard Chickens - I raised chickens about 30 years ago and am looking into getting back into it. Looking around and reading.

There's a lot of helpful information in the Learning Center to help you "brush up" and get things going.

Newark...Didn't there use to be a Frontier Ranch there? Close by?
I know National Trails Racetrack is in your area. Been there enough.

Nice to meet you Shuri. Glad you are coming back to the chicken side. I would imagine after 30 years you will find a lot more breeds or varieties, that were not available back then.

There is a Frontier Ranch in Pataskala area - about 5 miles from Kirkersville (National Trails). Thanks for the welcome. I will have to relearn what I may have forgotten over the last 30 years. I miss playing with the chickens
