Hello all!

I am new here. I've lurked a lot and thought I'd start posting.

I'm a Special Education teacher with a tiny bit of land. I currently have 2 toothless rescue dogs (dental neglect before I got them), 2 African clawed frogs, and (the reason I'm here, lol) 2 hens named Penny and Bernadette.

I love my little hens. If I didn't have to work I would have a ton of poultry of all kinds. I love listening to them cluck and squawk and come running to me when I step outside.

Bless your heart! A rescue buddy. I used to rescue and foster dogs back when I was younger. Love dogs. Horses. Chickens are my pleasant surprise in life. I originally wanted them pretty much for the eggs! Then I found out what personalities they have! Love them.
